Residence Hall Posting Request Form In order to support the advertising of various programs and events on campus, The Office of Residence Life has a policy for solicitation and postings in the residence halls as well as an approval process to review posting requests. This process exists to promote Fisher organizations and departments, and support the living environment and experience for students in the residence halls. Postings will only be approved for Fisher activities that are sponsored by the Office of Residential Life or approved by the Office Student Engagement and Leadership. Postings will be displayed in designated public areas in the residence halls, including walls, bulletin boards, and doors. Postings will not be distributed to student rooms or mounted on student room doors. Before submitting a posting request and uploading your poster for approval, please confirm the poster includes the following: description of the event/activity/service name of the hosting organization or department the date, time, and location of the event whether there is any charge for an event email address for the hosting organization or department is formatted 8.5"x11", 11"x14", or 11"x17" the University name and logo are used properly and posting follows the University Style Guide Your Name* First Last Your Fisher Email* Your Phone Number*The best number to reach you with any further questions or follow-up.Name of Sponsoring Organization or Department* Target Population*All residential studentsFirst year studentsUpperclass studentsPosting End Date* MM slash DD slash YYYY After your posting is approved and Residential Life receives printed copies, your poster will be posted within 48 hours.
